TERRY L. BARKER

I was born in Duncan, Oklahoma and has lived in the Katy, Texas area for eight years after relocating from Granbury, Texas. I lived in Granbury, Texas for 23 years. I graduated from Tarleton State Universitywith a bachelor degree in accounting in 1987. I worked hard and received my CPA in 1991 and have kept in good standing since.

I practice in the area of general tax and accounting with an emphasis on tax. I have consulted with many clients over the years in areas of business establishment, business financing, budgeting, recordkeeping and tax. I have assisted clients within all facets of business management and at times as a temporary comptroller. I am highly qualified in tax and assisting clients in managing their personal and business assets.

After graduating from Tarleton State University I went to work at Arthur S. Brandenburg, CPA and worked in tax and accounting for eleven years. I joined with another CPA from the firm and acquired the clients of Arthur S. Brandenburg, CPA and together we formed Barker & Fleming, PC. I was an active principal in Barker & Fleming PC until my move to Katy, Texas area. I formed Terry L. Barker, CPA, PC.

I am an active member of my community through my church affiliation working as an usher and prior Vestry member. I am an avid golfer.
